As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.
About Goodstart Nirimba:
- Brand-New Facility: Opening soon in the vibrant Stockland Aura Estate, Goodstart Nirimba is a purpose-built centre with a modern yet homely, naturally inspired design licensed for 132 children. It inspires growth and learning for children aged 0-6 in an engaging, supportive community.
- Featuring 8 spacious learning areas and outdoor play zones with direct access from classrooms, a fun fort, and plenty of space for exploration and play. Dedicated nursery sleep rooms ensure comfort for our youngest learners.
- Located next to Nirimba State Primary School, providing ease for families in the area.

You'll need:
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current QLD Working with Children Check
