As the Senior Manager - Digital Strategy & Solutions, you'll play a key role in delivering seamless, best-in-class omnichannel experiences for customers, advisers, and employers. You'll collaborate with brand, marketing, product, technology, and other enabling functions to build and execute a robust technology initiative roadmap, transforming strategic visions into actionable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute groundbreaking digital strategies.
  • Influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Lead transformative initiatives with lasting impact.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement multi-year digital and marketing technology strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth.
  • Initiative Management: Identify, assess, and prioritize omnichannel opportunities, shaping them into a pipeline of high-impact projects for Digital and Marketing Technology teams.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment, transparency, and effective delivery of digital initiatives.
  • Innovation & Execution: Translate the target state vision into a detailed technology initiative roadmap, leading the technical and engineering teams to success.
  • Data-Driven Impact: Utilize analytics, competitive insights, and emerging trends to maximize engagement, conversion, and retention.

What You Bring to This Role

  • Tertiary qualifications in IT, Analytics, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in digital product management, omnichannel roles, or related fields. Financial services experience is not essential.
  • Ability to bridge business strategy with technical execution, with exposure to architecture, solution design, and technology evaluation.
  • Proven experience inspiring and guiding technical teams to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Confidence to engage effectively with GMs, Executives, and cross-functional teams.
