The opportunity to join our team
This is a rare opportunity to lead and transform the marketing technology landscape at Insignia. You will drive a strategic agenda that integrates technology and delivery excellence across a suite of marketing technology applications. Your mission: to develop and implement a target state marketing ecosystem, aligning technology systems and processes with Insignia's long-term vision.
This role is both strategic and hands-on, focusing on:
- Leadership & Strategy: Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
- End-to-End Delivery: Plan, execute, and support marketing technology initiatives across regulatory, BAU, and strategic change.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and Digital teams to define product/application roadmaps and strategic direction.
- Resource & Risk Management: Balance team resourcing with client needs, ensure compliance, and proactively manage risks.
- Technical Excellence: Provide direction to delivery teams, align with platform standards, and guide best practices in development and support.
- Vendor & Relationship Management: Build strong stakeholder relationships, manage vendor partnerships, and optimize enterprise capabilities.
What You Bring to This Role
- Proven Leadership Experience in Technology/Project Delivery, building high-performing teams, and applying change management and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Delivery Focus: Strong Agile delivery skills, with expertise in JIRA (or equivalent) and ITIL methodology.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in Wealth Financial Services, with the ability to drive results across multiple functions.
- Familiarity with cloud/SaaS applications and a solid understanding of technology integration and management.
- Willingness to lead from the front, implement new technologies, and guide the team through large-scale change.
