About the role

Are you a strategic marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to take ownership of our campaigns and product marketing initiatives, driving brand awareness and lead generation.

In this role, you'll craft and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that support business growth. Working closely with product, strategy, and sales teams-as well as external partners-you'll ensure our marketing efforts are impactful, data-driven, and aligned with company goals.

This is a full-time position with flexible remote/ hybrid working arrangements. Unfortunately, we are unable to support visa sponsorship for this role.

What you'll do

  1. Product Marketing & GTM Strategy: Lead the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) and communication plans for new products and features, ensuring successful launches in collaboration with product and strategy teams.
  2. Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with broader business goals. Work closely with specialists in content marketing, performance, events, and community insights to drive engagement.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across product, sales, and marketing to ensure campaigns are well-integrated and aligned with business objectives, supporting the sales pipeline.
  4. Lead Generation Campaigns: Work with content and growth marketing teams to design high-impact lead generation campaigns, implementing effective follow-up processes and feedback loops with sales teams.
  5. Vendor & Partner Management: Collaborate with external agencies and partners to execute marketing programs, ensuring alignment with internal objectives and maximizing impact.
  6. Event Campaign Support: Support the events team in enhancing promotional strategies and optimising event marketing campaigns.

We'd love you to have

  1. 5+ years' experience in a generalist marketing position
  2. Experience in product marketing with the ability to lead Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for product launches and feature releases.
  3. Strong campaign management experience with a track record of successfully planning, executing, and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  4. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and specialisms, including product, sales, content, performance, and customer insights.
  5. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  6. Solid understanding of lead generation processes, sales enablement, and aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives.
  7. Analytical mindset with the ability to measure, analyse, and report on campaign performance.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
  9. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
