Their goal is to provide high quality consumer products in Australian and international markets and continue to grow through creating innovative products and acquiring new brands globally.
About the Role
The Senior Marketing Manager will manage one of the newer brands in the Beauty portfolio, working closely with the founder to continue to grow brand awareness and bring their vision to life. This person will be responsible for developing strategies to drive growth of the brand and uncover opportunities to tap into new customers and increase engagement through omni-channel campaigns. The Senior Marketing Manager will work with the founder to bring her brand story to life and work with them on the product pipeline in line with market trends and demand.
About You
To be considered for this role you must have experience in the Beauty industry and have worked across D2C and grocery channels in a Marketing Manager role or above. You must be highly commercial and have experience scaling founder-led brands and taking a mass-market approach. You must be able to stay ahead of market trends and consumer behaviour to make informed decisions about the product portfolio and how to reach target audiences with an omni-channel approach. You must be able to partner with creative and technical teams to bring ideas to life and have excellent analytical and budget management skills.
