Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with expertise in networking and security. This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting secure solutions across various services. The position is full-time and based in the head office, with a mix of remote and onsite work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement networking and security solutions.
- Maintain and enhance customer relationships and meet SLA targets.
- Resolve technical issues and provide ongoing support.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Cisco/Meraki, HPE Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and F5.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, NSE4-NSE7, PCNSA, PCNSE, F5-CTS, F5-CSE).
- Strong understanding of ITIL practices and experience in high availability environments.
