The Organisational Development team sits within People and Culture and are responsible for the following functions: Staff wellbeing, Learning and development (non-clinical) including leadership and management development, employee experience and recognition, professional development reviews and workforce diversity, equity and inclusion.

About the role

The Senior Organisational Development Consultant (Employee Experience) will co-ordinate the design & development of Barwon Health's employee engagement, workforce inclusion and cultural change programs. The programs will build organisational, team and individual capabilities whilst supporting Barwon Health strategic goals.
