Join our Enterprise Service Management team and contribute to increasing the availability of our products and services and reducing technology disruption risk. Problem Management plays a key role in driving preventative actions to reduce the likelihood or impact of incidents and recurrence. What role will you play?

As a Technology Problem Manager, you will be part of a talented global team responsible for lowering technology disruption risk. You will use your strong risk-culture mindset and analytical skills to drive root cause analysis, uncover thematic and trends, oversee preventative and corrective actions from lessons learned, and demonstrate progress on improvements. Finally, you will harness the power of data and AI to proactively identify areas to improve system/service stability, reliability, and performance, leading to increased customer satisfaction.

What you offer
  • 10+ years related experience working in large, global, technology functions in the Financial Industry.
  • Demonstrable experience in problem management and incident management.
  • Strong technical background with a deep proficiency of IT infrastructure and application development.
  • Ability to research root causes of incidents, find solutions to problems, coordinating with technical experts.
  • Previous experience in incident data to identify trends and potential problems before they escalate.
  • Inquisitive mindset to seek opportunities to improve actual or potential system failures by addressing underlying problems.
  • Experience of creating improvement plans in collaboration with other ITSM processes to enhance quality.
  • Experience in leading the coordination of responses to priority technology incidents, ensuring timely resolutions and communication with all stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in conducting comprehensive post-incident reviews, documenting lessons learned and driving continuous improvement through a strong risk lens.
  • Experience with DevOps, Atlassian suite, ServiceNow, BMC Helix and Grafana.
