Are you a Salesforce Field Service expert ready to lead an impactful project?
We are working with one of the largest Salesforce partners in Australia to help find a Senior Salesforce Consultant with strong Field Service experience to drive end-to-end FSM implementations, working closely with business stakeholders to design and deliver scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end Salesforce Field Service (SFS) implementations, ensuring best practices and scalability.
- Design flexible and secure Field Service architectures, integrating with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Gather requirements, conduct workshops, and define success criteria with business and IT stakeholders.
- Provide expertise in SFS Dispatcher Console, Skills-Based Routing, Field Service Mobile App, and Work Order Management.
- Define adoption, change management, and training strategies to ensure seamless rollout and user engagement.
- Establish KPIs, real-time analytics dashboards, and compliance standards for service performance tracking.
What You Need: - 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Field Service (SFS) implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Einstein AI in FSM.
- Hands-on expertise in SFS scheduling, workforce automation, and mobile enablement.
- Experience leading workshops, gathering requirements, and presenting to C-level stakeholders.
- Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certification (Highly Preferred).
