KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide high-quality veterinary care, overseeing case quality.
- Lead surgical preparations and post-surgery care.
- Mentor less experienced vets and contribute to their professional development.
- Ensure seamless communication with clients and nursing teams.
- Uphold hospital protocols and contribute to team cohesion.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- BVSc/DVM or equivalent qualification, and registration to practice in NSW.
- An NSW Radiation Licence.
- A minimum of three years' experience in small animal and/or mixed practice.
- Highly developed diagnostic and surgical ability.
- Ability to manage the overall responsibility of the day-to-day management of hospital surgical and medical case load.
- Experience in supervising, training and developing other clinical staff.
