What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and oversee subdivision projects across Perth
- Read and interpret plans with confidence and precision
- Champion site safety and ensure compliance with best practices
- Implement environmental controls and maintain a clean, efficient worksite
- Manage plant, equipment and subcontractors to keep projects running smoothly
What You Bring to the Table:
- 3+ years experience working on subdivision projects in WA
- The ability to read and interpret plans
- A strong safety first mindset and knowledge of industry regulations
- A strong understanding of plant and equipment
- A proactive, can do attitude - because this company is all about action!
