The Impact You'll Make
Pryda is a leader in innovative software solutions for the building construction industry. Our cutting-edge applications help streamline operations and improve efficiency for our clients. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Software Tester to join our Agile Scrum team and contribute to the quality and reliability of our software products.
As a Software Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our web and desktop-based applications. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and execute tests. Your primary focus will be on creating, updating, and executing manual and automated tests, as well as verifying and validating software applications.
About You
- Work within an Agile Scrum team to test and maintain Pryda's suite of software products.
- Aid in gathering and documenting requirements through Agile Epics, User Stories, and tasks.
- Develop, update, and execute manual and automated tests according to company standards.
- Conduct random testing of components to ensure overall software quality.
- Contribute to verification and validation activities to support the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Apply innovative approaches and techniques to testing procedures.
- Adhere to department objectives and work collaboratively within the team.
- Demonstrate ITW values and contribute to the development of others.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in the building construction industry (desirable).
- Strong understanding of test methodologies and when to apply them.
- Ability to document and understand processes and procedures effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet project deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
