About the Role Are you passionate about creating smooth transitions and setting businesses up for success? As the CDC Store Onboarding Coordinator, you'll be the go-to expert for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new Chemist Discount Centre (CDC) stores. You'll provide invaluable support and guidance to key stakeholders at the Support Office and new CDC locations, playing a vital role in executing our brand strategy with precision and excellence. Role & Responsibilities - Provide general support to relevant CDC brand stakeholders at the Support Office
- Ensure all relevant documentation is kept up-to-date on the CRM system
- Assist in the successful delivery of the CDC brand strategy
- Coordinate the staff onboarding presentation night for all new CDC stores
- Assist in providing merchandising support for all new CDC stores as part of the store conversion process as required
- Provide training and support for all operational and technical aspects of running the CDC brand for every new store conversion, via remote and/or in-store training as required
- Provide ongoing training and support to CDC stores as required
Skills & Experience - At least 3 years' pharmacy industry experience with a number of those years in the capacity of working at store-level or providing services and support to a multi-site membership Group, preferably in a compliant franchise model
- Ability to produce reports and analyze data, and apply that knowledge to existing problems with suggestions to improve that performance (training will be provided for successful candidates)
- Working knowledge of in-store processes such as catalogue set-up and merchandising standards (training will be provided for successful candidates)
- Working knowledge of the Buy-IT-RightTM inventory management system and Last Yard ticketing program (training will be provided for successful candidates)
