Our client is a rapidly expanding and well-established Australian Transportation Provider focusing on road solutions. They are actively seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to handle one of their largest key healthcare accounts.
The Role:
- Management of a key healthcare clientele nationally across their 8 sites.
- Develop business relationships at all levels of customer & related stakeholders.
- Cross-collaboration with internal teams to improve service delivery and operational transparency.
- Continuously review and analyze customer usage to optimize delivery, provide strategic improvement advice, and identify opportunities that enhance customer value.
- Maintain accurate customer records, including meeting notes, actions, and commitments, to ensure effective data management and reporting.
- Stay informed on industry & client news and proactively propose strategic improvements to keep offerings ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
- 5+ years account management experience within the transport industry.
- Must have experience handling complex, multi-site clients nationally.
- Thorough understanding of multi-service transportation processes (operational & commercial).
- Experience in continuous improvement & innovation initiatives across major accounts.
- Detail-oriented & a multi-tasker.
