As a Talent Acquisition Professional at HPX Group, you will:
- Lead recruitment and strategy execution for our key business units: Source, Materra, and Helios Salinger.
- Collaborate with our People team and senior leaders (Partners/Directors) to understand business needs and attract top talent.
- Proactively source candidates through a variety of channels.
- Engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities to increase candidate and employee engagement.
- Partner with Marketing & Communications to promote our businesses and engage non-active talent.
- Manage and develop talent pools, ensuring ongoing communication and engagement.
- Design and deliver assessment tools (e.g., behavioural-based interviews, assessment centres) to ensure the best candidate selection.
- Support external market branding strategies, positioning HPX Group as a top employer.
- Establish and promote best recruitment practices, ensuring a consistent, efficient, and adaptable hiring process.
- Support talent-related projects and initiatives, aligning them with the broader strategic goals of the business.

You'll work closely with our key internal stakeholders, including Group Leadership, Directors, and Partners, to provide commercial and strategic recruitment insights, with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the business.
What You'll Bring
- A passionate, strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset focused on growth.
- Strong recruitment experience, whether in agency or in-house, with a proven ability to recruit talent in competitive markets.
- Professional services sector experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills across all levels-C-suite, partners, peers, and junior team members.
