The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to form part of our national HR team. In this role, you will be supporting the Talent Acquisition Lead in the administration and coordination of all recruitment activities.
This is a full-time position based in Melbourne.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Drafting job advertisements and posting on job boards;
- Taking ownership of some legal support roles;
- Liaising with partners and managers to coordinate recruitment needs;
- Assisting in the candidate screening process including phone screens and in-person interviews;
- Conducting background and reference checks;
- Drafting employment contracts;
- On-boarding new employees;
- Driving the employee referral campaign via monthly recruitment updates to the firm;
- Assisting with any ad hoc HR activities as required by the HR Business Partners and Chief Human Resources Officer.
Who We Are Looking For
This role will be well-suited to an individual with a year of experience in talent acquisition or HR. The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Business/Commerce.
You will be personable, well-presented, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will have excellent communication skills with a client service focus. You will also be organised and self-motivated with the ability to prioritise tasks, display initiative, and work with a can-do attitude.
