Job Description

The Talent Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, development, and retention of top talent within the organization. This key role involves collaborating with leadership to understand business needs, creating strategies to attract high-quality candidates, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. The Talent Manager will also support employee growth through continuous learning, performance management, and fostering a culture that prioritizes innovation, diversity, and inclusion. As a strategic partner to P&C and senior management, this position requires a blend of strong interpersonal skills, organizational expertise, and the ability to align talent strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent in alignment with business goals.
  2. Oversee talent acquisition processes, including job postings, interviews, and offer management.
  3. Create and implement talent development programs that drive employee growth, engagement, and performance.
  4. Work closely with leadership to identify workforce needs and ensure optimal talent alignment.
  5. Manage employee onboarding, ensuring new hires are successfully integrated into the company culture.
  6. Foster an inclusive work environment that attracts diverse candidates and encourages employee retention.
  7. Track industry trends and implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge in talent management.
Skills
  1. Proven experience in talent management, recruitment, or human resources.
  2. Strong understanding of employee development, performance management, and engagement strategies.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  4. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  5. Knowledge of ATS software and tools for talent acquisition and management.
