ISWA is seeking a fully qualified Teacher Librarian (K-Year 12) for a permanent full-time contract commencing as soon as possible.

- A record of innovative practice and teaching in a library context
- The ability to inspire diverse, multicultural, and mixed-ability classes by creating challenging and engaging learning opportunities for all students
- A strong desire and proven ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in and out of the classroom
- An outstanding ability to build positive relationships and foster a sense of community among students, parents, and staff, with the library as a central hub of school life
- Experience in delivering a concept-based curriculum through inquiry learning
- A commitment to valuing diversity and creating a library environment where all students feel a sense of belonging
- Curiosity, open-mindedness, and a willingness to reflect on and adapt their teaching practices
Experience working in international schools and/or delivering IB Programmes is highly desirable but not essential.
