Teacher Refrigeration and Air Conditioning

About The Role:

As a Teacher in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, you'll play a critical role in delivering top-tier vocational education and inspiring the next wave of skilled professionals.

Your Day-to-Day:

  1. Design and deliver engaging learning programs across classrooms, workplaces, and online platforms.
  2. Mentor students, tailoring support to diverse learning needs.
  3. Assess and validate student skills, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
  4. Collaborate with industry partners to maintain relevance and excellence in training programs.
  5. Contribute to the continual improvement of our educational offerings.

We welcome applications from:

Qualified Teachers:

  1. TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
  2. Vocational competency in air conditioning and refrigeration with relevant industry experience.
  3. Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (minimum qualification).
  4. Willingness to complete the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (with our support).
