Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Technical Services Manager to lead our national team. In this important role, you will lead a team of experts providing specialist support and training across the Epiroc product range, from surface and underground equipment to advanced technology and automation solutions.

Responsibilities of this role consist of but are not limited to:

  1. Holistically managing the operational and financial performance of the Technical Services team, incorporating Product Support, Technology Support and Training.
  2. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure effective support is delivered for Epiroc products and services.
  3. Develop and execute strategies to seamlessly incorporate new products and services into our existing portfolio.
  4. Providing input on the Technical Services aspects of Epiroc's sales proposals and tender submissions.
  5. Developing and implementing systems and processes that drive and deliver operational excellence, continuous improvement and exceptional customer experiences.
  6. Conducting ongoing reviews of the team's structure and performance, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and expectations.

The successful applicant will have:

  1. A strong commitment to safety and the well-being of your team.
  2. Proven leadership experience in managing geographically dispersed teams and driving positive results.
  3. Previous experience in mining, construction, or a related industry, with a deep understanding of maintenance practices and procedures.
  4. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to communicate clearly and build lasting relationships.
  6. A passion for continuous improvement - both in yourself and in the products and services you oversee.
  7. Previous experience with Epiroc products is an advantage.
