The Company:
Our client owns and operates one of Australia's key pieces of infrastructure. They deliver a world-class experience to their customers and are a fundamental part of Sydney's transport network.

The Role:
To undertake the Tenancy Delivery Manager role from project initiation through to Lease commencement including applicable tasks necessary across the delivery lifecycle, which meets the following requirements:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Aid in facilitating leasing and retail delivery strategy
  • Manage tenant shopfitting, de-fitting, and maintenance works
  • Aid in facilitation and lodgment of tenant consents
  • Deliver shop opening measures in line with requirements
  • Manage the handover and commissioning phase for assigned projects
  • Manage the project during the defect period post-completion
  • Prepare reports with the Project Manager and other internal stakeholders
  • Ensure tenant shopfitters adhere to all stakeholder requirements
  • Build and nurture strong partnerships with external retailers
  • Report on the progress of works to provide status updates on projects
  • Align to support the retailer partnership journey and business objectives
  • Ensure work practices are conducted following relevant legislation and policies concerning WHS, EEO, and environmental responsibilities
Ideal Experience:
  • 5 + years of retail industry experience in leading fit-outs
  • Strong commercial acumen, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Strong retail acumen and proven ability to deliver retail projects and tenancies
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, organisational, and interpersonal skills
Key Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong retail acumen and proven ability to deliver retail projects and tenancies
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Established communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to achieve results and meet deadlines
  • A strong customer focus and appreciation of service delivery standards.
  • Understanding of project management and procurement processes
  • Thorough knowledge of the Building Code of Australia practice and principles
  • Understanding of sound WHS, Environmental and Sustainability practices, and principles
  • Experience in project management in an operational environment
